A mostly frenetic abstract
Composition of palette-knife scratches
And crosshatches, but some of
These 150–lightyear strokes
Crisscrossing like bicycle spokes
Cluster and pair,
Or the filaments file
Like harp–string hair
Near the glissando pull
Of a galactic black heart .
